In the current real estate market, working with an agent who knows the Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa and surrounding areas is extremely important. It is a significant advantage to hire someone who knows our local real estate market, can find great deals (and avoid overpriced homes) and who can spot homes that will result is a great resale in the future. I am constantly working to stay immersed in Boise, Meridian, Eagle and Nampa real estate and my clients benefit.

I have a team of people that I work with and I am happy to provide you with these names. If you have a mortgage company or bank you want to work with that is fantastic, but if not, I can refer you to a competitive mortgage company to ensure that you are taken care of and have a smooth transaction. I also have repair people, carpet installers, inspectors and more. If you need something it will be taken care of promptly.

I am a no pressure agent. I don’t believe in hard selling anyone. I am committed to looking at houses until you are satisfied you have found your home. I am not the type of agent to make you feel bad for continuing to look at houses. I will never pressure you to write an offer on a house that you are not sure is “the one.” Buying a house is one of the biggest purchases many of us will ever make and I take it seriously. I want you to be completely comfortable along the way. Buying a house should be an awesome, exciting experience, not a horrible one.

Most importantly, a real estate agent should be a strong advocate for their clients. I firmly believe in the importance of providing as much as information as possible so that my clients can make well informed decisions. An agent should help you get what you want…and it should be an enjoyable experience at the same time. I try to provide this for each and every client.
